A downloadable game

Faction|Intention|Operation is a MOSAIC-strict and CERAMIC-strict procedure that provides guidelines for describing the factions within your game, what they wish to achieve and how they go about it. 

It also offers a diceless way of determining how much progress factions are making towards their goals.  

It was created for the CERAMIC game jam, which runs until the end of 2022

Very cool. Thanks for sharing. (FYI the margins look off, like it was formatted in Letter but exported in A4)
