Inside the Whale
A downloadable game
Shoreline, OR. A missing person. Faded posters on a boardwalk that has seen better days. Piles of windblown sand in corners.
You've tracked them here. The old aquarium, closed for over a decade now - some controversy over a temporary exhibition? Or maybe just nobody wants to come this far off the 101. Certainly no fishing nearby, not for years.
You push open the door next to the cartoon seal balancing a ball on its nose.
Inside, darkness.
Inside the Whale is a one session scenario for Liminal Horror, sending the investigators in search of a missing person trapped within a closed-down aquarium that has become imbued with the Resonant Energy of the Haunted Pacific Northwest.
Featuring:
- A location overtaken by the strange power of the ocean, with the hazards it has twisted the aquarium to create.
- Multiple ways to escape, each with their own cost (including custom Fallout tables).
- Four different missing persons for your group to choose from, along with associated hooks for each.
- Two foes, each fighting the other in a centuries-long feud.
- One very popular lobster.
